Brazed plate heat exchanger maintenance needs to pay attention to the following matters:
1. Brazed plate heat exchanger scale blockage: When the heat exchanger is blocked by scale, it can be reverse cleaned with weakly acidic aqueous solution (5% ammonium sulfate or peroxide-acid can be applied). In order to improve the actual cleaning effect, it can be pressurized and cleaned with centrifugal pump. It is best to clean the acid in the system software with a lot of cold water after pickling and passivation.
2. Brazed plate heat exchanger plate field leakage: when this situation occurs, it is generally impossible to repair, because the heat exchanger commonly used brazing material is ultra-low temperature solution, the high temperature caused by maintenance welding usually melts the surrounding brazing material, resulting in water leakage in other areas around.
3. Brazed plate heat exchanger on the interface leakage or cracks: the situation is more cheerful than the second point, but the maintenance difficulty factor is still very large.
4. Brazed plate heat exchanger internal crack or leakage: because brazed plate heat exchanger is electric welding welding type, such a situation can not be repaired, only disassembly.
Naturally, for the damage of the above two and three points, you can also try welding repair, but be sure to pay attention to the following issues:
1. Clean the maintenance place before welding, and brush the surface of welding with chlorate flux.
2. The brazed plate heat exchanger is placed before welding, the heat exchanger is filled with water, and the welding area is wrapped with a wet cloth to prevent the high temperature caused by welding from being transmitted to the surrounding area and melting other areas or endangering the compressive strength of welding.
3. Should be controlled continuous electric welding welding time is not suitable for too long, in order to reduce excessive heat damage.
4. Electric welding commonly used silver-based welding wire, the silver content of at least 45% above, welding temperature need not exceed 650℃, in order to prevent damage to the compressive strength of electric welding.
